Prospects

April 27, 2008

Service Element not only provides a way for you to manage your customers but also allows for you to track and manage potential customers which we call Prospects.

You can enter these prospects into Service Element and begin the process of converting them into paying customers. Anytime you contact a prospect, whether in person, via email or on the phone, you can add this contact to the prospect record to keep an accurate history.

When your efforts have paid off and your prospect becomes a customer, Service Element makes it as easy as clicking a single button to convert the prospect to a customer and begin scheduling jobs.

New Feature: Location Details

March 21, 2008

When adding a new location or editing an existing location you will find a new field labeled “Location Details”.

This field is for any pertinent details about the location that your employees or yourself would find useful when arriving at the location. This information is automatically included on the job’s worksheet.

Maybe at a certain customer’s location they have a big dog that likes to bite. Or at another customer’s location they do not allow parking in the street.

So as you can see it’s for a little piece of information that will help you avoid some of the unseen problems that can arise from working at many locations.
